About me
I advise corporate and individual investors on foreign real estate and create strategic property-based wealth architecture for global HNWI clients. I represent international development groups and their selected projects in the Polish, Czech, and Baltic markets. I ensure that my clients receive up-to-date, precise information as well as reliable, professional recommendations regarding foreign real estate.
My goal is to build lifelong relationships, not one-off transactions. You can count on my support not only before and during a purchase or sale, but also throughout the entire lifecycle of the investment. I manage my clients' portfolios with the same care and responsibility as my own.
I am the first person in Poland to professionally conduct comprehensive due diligence of foreign real estate for HNWI clients and business families.
I was one of the first professionals involved in the real estate market in Poland. I graduated from the University of Gdańsk, completed international MBA studies in strategic management, and postgraduate studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology in real estate valuation. For over 20 years I lived and worked abroad – including in China, Taiwan, Singapore, the USA, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, and Russia – which allows me to navigate smoothly across different markets, cultures, and investment models.
Many of my clients have appreciated the benefits of investing in foreign real estate – in projects located in prime destinations across the Mediterranean, Black Sea, and Atlantic Ocean regions. I rely solely on long-term relationships and ensure that every investment is as comfortable, profitable, and secure as possible. I treat every investor individually, take their specific needs into account, and systematically expand the scope of my services.

Passions
I am pleased that international development groups are increasingly integrating art into their projects, and the works of artists are becoming a natural element of apartment building spaces.
My passion is contemporary art – it has accompanied me since childhood and remains an important part of my life to this day. Even as a child, I used to draw and create my own albums out of simple sheets of paper, filling them with magazine clippings.
During my university studies and the years spent abroad, I attended art history classes, and conversations with gallery owners, critics, and artists from various countries allowed me to better understand this fascinating world.
A meeting with Lee Ufan particularly stands out in my memory – the Korean minimalist painter, sculptor, and thinker, who was honored by the government of Japan for his contribution to the development of contemporary art. He is an outstanding figure, recognized as one of the most important in his field. He impressed me not only with his work, but also with his way of being – his calmness, gentleness, smile, and remarkable modesty.
For me, art is something more than aesthetics – it is a special state of mind and soul that influences my perception of space, architecture, and the quality of places.
